Week ago, I had privilege to be one of the speakers at Project World/Business Analyst World 2013 conference in Vancouver. It was advanced topic targeting mainly project managers, but others, who lead any type of teams hopefully benefited as well. During my presentation I introduced formula for team performance optimization, as well as I talked about factors that influence the performance and what we can be done to address them.
